At Pullo we ship collectible items worldwide with FedEx, our trusted carrier, for reliable and traceable delivery. Here's how shipping works — costs, insurance, and what to do when your package arrives.

Shipping coverage and costs
Pullo ships to Italy, across Europe, and worldwide.
For other destinations, available rates are shown at checkout. Costs may vary depending on the destination and shipment weight.
Shipping insurance
Insurance is always optional and at an additional cost — no free coverage is included. It can be added at checkout, before you confirm your order.
Pullo strongly recommends adding insurance for high-value shipments. Without it, coverage in case of loss or damage in transit is very limited.
Packaging and handling
All items are carefully packed with protective materials made for collectibles, so they arrive in perfect condition. Every shipment includes a tracking code, available in your Pullo account and sent by email once the package is handed to the courier. Handling times may vary depending on warehouse activity and the type of items stored in the Vault.
Delivery times
Your order ships with FedEx. Delivery times depend on the destination country. Estimates are shown at checkout. International deliveries may be subject to customs inspections or import duties, which are the recipient's responsibility.
When you receive your package
A few minutes of care on delivery protect you if anything goes wrong. Please follow these steps.
Inspect before accepting
Visually check the outer packaging. If the package shows visible damage (crushed, holes, tampered tape), refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. Accepting a visibly damaged package makes courier compensation much harder.
Film the unboxing
Record the opening from start to finish, without interruptions, showing the sealed package, the opening, and all items once removed. This video is the only proof of what you actually received. For damaged, missing, or incorrect items, without an unboxing video Pullo cannot process your claim, and any insurance coverage may be affected.
Report within 48 hours
If you find a problem, contact us within 48 hours at support@pullo.io with the unboxing video and photos of the contents.
