Shipping Information

At Pullo, we ship collectible items worldwide with reliable and traceable delivery services. This page explains how our shipping process works, including costs, insurance coverage, and what to do when you receive your package.


1. Shipping Coverage and Costs

Pullo ships to Italy, across Europe, and worldwide.

Italy — Shipping from €9.

Europe — Shipping from €16.

For other destinations, available rates are displayed at checkout. Costs may vary depending on the destination and shipment weight.


2. Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is always optional and at an additional cost. No free coverage is included.

Italy — Insurance at 1.5% of the total value of the shipped products.

Europe — Insurance at 3% of the total value of the shipped products.

Insurance can be added at checkout, before confirming your order.

Pullo strongly recommends adding insurance for high-value shipments. Without insurance, coverage in case of loss or damage during transit is very limited.


3. Packaging and Handling

All items are carefully packed using protective materials specifically designed for collectibles, to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each shipment includes a tracking code, available in your Pullo account and sent via email once the package has been handed over to the courier. Handling times may vary depending on warehouse activity and the type of items stored in the Vault.


4. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination country and the selected courier. Estimates are shown at checkout. International deliveries may be subject to customs inspections or import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.


5. What to Do When You Receive Your Package

Before accepting delivery, visually inspect the outer packaging. If the package shows visible damage (crushed, holes, tampered tape), refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. Accepting a visibly damaged package makes it much harder to obtain compensation from the courier.

We ask that you film the unboxing of your package. The video should be recorded from start to finish, without interruptions, showing the sealed package, the opening of the packaging, and all items once removed. This video is the only proof that documents what you actually received. In case of damaged, missing, or incorrect items, without an unboxing video Pullo will not be able to process your claim and there may be issues with any insurance coverage.
