Last update: 09-04-2026

Welcome to Pullo.io ('Platform' or 'Pullo'), operated by Pullo S.r.l., headquartered at Via Imperia 43, 20142 Milan (MI), Italy, registered with the Milan Business Register, REA MI – 2772741, VAT 14291150960. Contact email: support@pullo.io

Access to and use of the Platform imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use ('T&C'). Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Purpose of the Agreement

Pullo provides a marketplace dedicated to collectible items, allowing users ('Users') to:

  • purchase Digital Packs, packages containing one or more physical collectible items;
  • digitally open the Digital Pack to immediately reveal its contents;
  • store the related items in the Vault, a physical storage service managed by Pullo;
  • request physical shipment of their items at any time;
  • or sell items back to Pullo via the Buyback function, receiving Pullo Credits in return, usable exclusively on the Platform.

2. Definitions

  • Pullo: Pullo S.r.l., owner and operator of the Platform.
  • User: any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or not.
  • Consumer User: a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to their entrepreneurial or professional activity (under Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005).
  • Digital Pack: a package containing physical collectible items, whose contents are revealed digitally.
  • Vault: physical custody service offered by Pullo to store purchased items.
  • Pullo Credits: non-monetary, non-convertible digital units usable only within the Platform.
  • Buyback: function through which Pullo repurchases items, crediting the corresponding amount in Pullo Credits.
  • Estimated Value: indicative estimate assigned by Pullo to each item, determined according to the pricing methodology described in Art. 4.1.

3. Registration and Account

  • Access to certain features (purchases, Vault, Buyback) requires registration of a personal account.
  • Only persons who have reached the legal age of majority in their country of residence may register.
  • The User guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided.
  • The User is responsible for the safekeeping of their credentials and for all activity carried out through their account.
  • Pullo may suspend or terminate accounts in the event of violations, fraud, misuse, or prolonged inactivity.

4. Purchase of Digital Packs

  • Prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
  • The purchase is finalized upon payment and order confirmation.
  • The digital opening of the Digital Pack constitutes immediate execution of the service.
  • Pullo may change product prices and availability at any time.
  • Digital Packs contain random items; Pullo guarantees transparency regarding selection criteria, value classes, and total quantities but cannot guarantee specific items or market values.
  • The purchase of a Digital Pack implies acceptance of the pricing methodology adopted by Pullo, as described in Art. 4.1.

4.1 Pricing Methodology and Estimated Value

The Estimated Value assigned to each item in Digital Packs is determined by Pullo through a dynamic pricing algorithm that cross-references a plurality of market sources and parameters, including — by way of example and not limitation — completed sales on international marketplaces, actual product availability, sourcing costs in the European market, and item condition.

The User acknowledges and accepts that:

  • the collectibles market does not express an official, fixed, or universally binding price for each item;
  • the Estimated Value represents an internal estimate by Pullo and does not constitute a resale guarantee, nor does it necessarily correspond to the price found on any single platform, marketplace, or specific geographic market;
  • the Estimated Value may differ — even significantly — from the sale or purchase price on third-party platforms, as such platforms reflect varying market conditions, availability, and costs;
  • the Estimated Value does not account for the User's individual resale conditions, such as timing, chosen platform, commissions, or shipping costs borne by the User.

Note on RAW Cards

Images of RAW cards displayed on the Platform are for illustrative purposes only. The corresponding physical cards will be in Near Mint (NM) or better condition but may show slight aesthetic variations compared to the photographs shown. Graded (encapsulated) cards are not subject to such variations, as their condition is certified by the relevant grading authority.

5. Vault and Storage

  • Items purchased remain the property of the User, even if stored in the Vault.
  • Pullo safeguards the items with professional diligence and insurance coverage up to a maximum of €10.000,00 per item.
  • In case of theft, fire, or other covered events, Pullo's liability is limited to the lower of: (i) the documented purchase price; or (ii) the market value estimated by Pullo.
  • The User may request shipment of their items at any time, paying the related fees.
  • Pullo will inform the User of any additional storage or handling costs, which must be paid before shipment.
  • In case of prolonged inactivity, Pullo may contact the User to agree on item management or return.

6. Pullo Credits

  • Pullo Credits do not constitute electronic money, digital currency, or crypto-assets.
  • They are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-convertible into cash.
  • They are valid for 24 months from the date of issuance; upon expiry, they automatically lapse.
  • They may only be used to purchase products or services on Pullo.
  • In case of account closure, unused Credits are canceled without refund.

7. Buyback

  • The Buyback function allows Users to sell back to Pullo items obtained through Digital Packs purchased on the Platform.
  • Buyback is available only for items that have never been shipped to the User and remain stored in the Pullo Vault.
  • The value offered for each item in a Buyback transaction is determined by Pullo based on internal criteria, including rarity, market demand, item condition, and other economic parameters. This value may differ from the Estimated Value assigned at the time of the Digital Pack purchase.
  • The User may freely choose whether to accept or reject the offer displayed on the Platform.
  • Upon acceptance, the transaction is final: ownership of the item transfers permanently to Pullo, and the corresponding amount is credited in Pullo Credits to the User's account.
  • Transactions are non-reversible, and items sold back cannot be requested for shipment.
  • Pullo may suspend or amend the economic conditions or availability of the Buyback function at any time, without affecting completed transactions.

8. Shipping

  • Shipping costs are borne by the User, according to the rates indicated on the Platform.
  • Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the selected courier and destination.
  • Pullo is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party couriers once the shipment has been correctly handed over.
  • For Consumer Users, pursuant to Art. 63 of the Consumer Code, the risk of loss or damage passes to the User only upon physical possession of the goods.
  • If the User chooses a courier different from those proposed by Pullo, the risk passes at the time of delivery of the goods to the chosen courier.

9. Right of Withdrawal

Digital Packs with physical counterpart in the Vault

Digital Packs sold on the Platform include a real physical item stored in the Vault and a digital experience revealing its content. The digital opening constitutes the start of service execution. In accordance with Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter o) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply because: (i) execution begins immediately with the User's express consent; (ii) the User acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once the digital opening is completed. The User retains ownership of the physical item stored in the Vault and may request shipment or sell it back to Pullo.

Products purchased from the shop

For physical products purchased from the Pullo shop, other than Digital Packs, the Consumer User has the right to withdraw within 14 days from delivery, without penalty or obligation to provide reasons. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User may: (i) use the EU standard form; or (ii) send a clear communication to support@pullo.io. Pullo will refund payments within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method originally used.

10. Product Warranty and Conditions

Products sold through Pullo may be new, used, or collectible, as indicated on the Platform. Any signs of wear, color variations, or imperfections due to age are natural characteristics and do not constitute a defect of conformity. For used or collectible goods, the legal warranty of conformity (Arts. 128–135 Consumer Code) is limited to 12 months from delivery, as permitted by Art. 134 of the Consumer Code. The User must report any conformity defects within 2 months of discovery, attaching relevant documentation and images. Once verified, Pullo may repair, replace, or (partially) refund the product, considering the item's type and availability. The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, negligence, alterations, unauthorized interventions, or normal wear and tear.

11. Limitations of Liability

  • Pullo does not guarantee that the value of products will increase or remain stable over time.
  • Pullo is not responsible for market fluctuations or financial losses.
  • The Estimated Value assigned to items does not constitute, under any circumstances, a promise, guarantee, or commitment regarding the resale value of the item on the secondary market.
  • Pullo excludes liability for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
  • Pullo's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the disputed product or service.

12. Changes to the T&C

Pullo may modify these T&C at any time by publishing the updated version on Pullo.io. Substantial changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after that period constitutes acceptance of the changes.

13. Personal Data Protection

The processing of personal data complies with applicable regulations (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR and Legislative Decree 196/2003). The full Privacy Policy is available at: https://pullo.io/it/privacy-policy

14. Intellectual Property

All Platform content (trademarks, texts, logos, images, code, interfaces) is the exclusive property of Pullo or its respective owners. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

15. Complaints, ADR and ODR

Any complaints may be sent to support@pullo.io. Consumer Users may use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies or the European Commission's ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, jurisdiction lies with the consumer's place of residence or domicile. For other Users, the Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. Force Majeure

Pullo shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from force majeure, including pandemics, wars, natural disasters, blackouts, fires, or cyberattacks.
